• What is the cut off time to place an Order This Week?
    •  Cut off: Orders must be placed by Wednesday 6pm for Friday evening delivery. For Monday Deliveries place your order by Friday 11am.
  • What Times do you deliver?
    • We delivery Friday Evening between 5.00pm - 10.30pm and Monday Evening 4pm-10pm in some areas. 
  • What if I am not home or asleep when the order is delivered?
    • If you are unavailable to collect your order we will provide a cooler bag and ice bricks to keep your order cool. We will also send out reminder text messages to leave out your cooler bag and icebricks.
    • If it is your first order a cooler bag will be loaned to you, and you can leave out the cooler bag for your next delivery.
  • What if a product is damaged or missing?
    • If a product is damaged or missing, just send us an email to info@hillsmilkrun.com.au and we will issue you a refund on the product.
  • Is there a minimum spend?
    • There is a minumum spend $40
  • Is there a delivery fee?
  • Delivery fees and minimum orders are based by suburb
    • We have now implemented a $5 - $10 standard delivery fee based on delivery areas.
  • How do I know my credit card details are secure?
    • E-way handles all our card transactions. We do not view and are not able to access any card details. We do not store any card details on our site. They are securely stored with E-Way, using world-best technology.
  • What do I do if I decide to cancel my order after the Wednesday 6pm cut off?
    • If you decide to cancel your order and the order has not been dispatched, us an email to info@hillsmilkrun.com.au or call 0411480144 and we will work with you on cancelling your order, however if you decide to cancel your order 24hours before dispatch, we may be unable to cancel your order as the items have already been purchased from suppliers. As we do not hold stock especially meat, bread, fish, fruit and veg we cannot resell these items. Therefore to avoid waist please ensure that you place your orders with the intention of accepting the delivery.
  • When will my credit card be charged?
    • Your credit card will be charged at the checkout. Any items which could not be delivered either due to being damaged or out of stock, will be reimbursed to your credit card.
  • How do I update a weekly standing order?
    • Update your standing order before the Wednesday 6pm for Friday Evening Deliveries. For Monday deliveries update your standing order by 11am Friday.

  •   Before the select the date of the order you which to edit or cancel

 

  • adjust the quantity of your products and click on update order. The order will automatically checkout after the the cut of depending on your delivery day.
